Support The WorksDonate or Volunteer!
The Works would not exist
without the generous support of donors and volunteers. Contributions to
The Works are tax exempt; we
have 501(c)3 status from the Internal Revenue Service. Here are some of the things that could help The Works in our mission of increasing public understanding of technology through hands-on, minds-on learning for more than 6,000 children every year:
Please consider becoming a Sustaining Member of The Works to have an even greater impact on science and technology education. All sustaining members receive free guest passes to The Works. Tax exempt contributions of $250 or more are celebrated by the special permanent recognitions described below.
Consider a Donation of Money, Stock or Securities Generous contributions from the community make possible The Works unique exhibits and hands-on educational programs exploring science and engineering. Your donations enable The Works to keep the exhibit gallery up and running, build new exhibits, and make educational programs available to families and schoolchildren throughout the Twin Cities. To celebrate and thank our donors, we have created two elegant permanent recognitions:
If you like, you can designate your gift toward specific programs (group visits, workshops, scout events, technology camp, etc.), scholarships for children in need, or creating new hands-on exhibits. Please send your tax deductible contribution today, or call for more information. Call Rebecca at (952) 848-4848 if you would like to sponsor an exhibit, underwrite family days in the museum, or enable group visits and workshops for Twin Cities schoolchildren.
Your company can support The Works' hand-on, minds-on museum!
