The Works offers several options to enjoy hands-on science and engineering.

Visit The Works

Explore the museum, do a workshop or choose a combination. Groups of 15 to 120 people can visit The Works year round Monday through Saturday. Reservations are required. Reserve your space early to ensure your first choice of dates.

Bring The Works to You

Experience many of The Works' hands-on activities at your location. From 50 - 500 people, The Works can delight your audience with an educational workshop or an inspiring Family Engineering Night!

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

When you reserve a group visit to THE WORKS, we commit staff, materials and gallery space to your group visit. While we realize that occasionally a group leader may need to reschedule, or even cancel a visit, when you do so on short notice, we are often unable to fill your slot. We have established the following policies to allow flexibility in planning, while protecting THE WORKS and our group visitors.

• There is no charge for rescheduling, or canceling up to two weeks prior to group visit.

• 2 weeks to 48 hours prior to visit: You will be charged 25% of estimated visit cost.

• 48 hours prior to visit: You will be charged 50% of estimated visit cost.
