Family Engineering Night Flyer

Package 1:  Small

Designed for groups of up to 125 people, our small package is great for libraries, community centers, or other small events.

• 2 hour event plus 1/2 hour of training volunteers right before event
• 3 hands-on activities total in one room
• Each visitor spends 30-40 minutes to do all the activities
• 1 expert from The Works plus 2-4 volunteers from your organization

Package 2:  Medium

Designed for groups of 150 - 300 people, our medium package easily complements an open house, family night, or science fair at your school.

• 2 hour event plus 1 hour training volunteers prior to the event
• 5 hands-on activities total, uses 5 classroom-sized rooms
• Each visitor spends approximately one hour to do all the activities  
• 1 expert from The Works plus 5-10 volunteers from your organization

Designed for groups of 300 - 600 people, our large package is a great way to give your families an evening of science and engineering fun! 

• 2 hour event plus 1 hour training volunteers prior to the event
• 9-10 hands-on activities total, uses 10+ classrooms
• Each visitor spends up to 2 hours to do all the activities
• 2 experts from The Works plus 12-20 volunteers from your organization
