The Works

The Works’ “hands-on, minds-on” exhibits will help you create an unforgettable birthday party experience!

Your guests will: 
play a harp with strings of laser light,
squish, swirl and digitize their own faces,
build towering structures and gear driven gizmos,
see how cartoons are made
build & race cars
and much MORE!

And when the party’s over, you go home and The Works cleans up!

•   Perfect for ages 5 to 12

•   Many options are available to customize your party. 

•   Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required
  to reserve your date & time.

 The Works is an educational, not-for-profit organization.

Party Package 1   (1 & 1/2 hour party)

Explore The Works' gallery of hands-on exhibits and entertain guests in a private room.  

• A friendly Explainer helps your guests explore the exhibit gallery.

• Each guest takes home his/her own face warp printout as a souvenir of the party.

• A private room is yours to entertain guests, unwrap presents, have cake and eat it too!     

• We set up and clean up -- so cross that off your list!  You bring the cake and beverages.

Cost:  $135.00 for up to 10 children and 4 adult guests.  Additional guests $6.00 each.   

Party Package 2   (2 hour party)

Enhance the basic package with a hands-on activity for your guests!  

• Includes all of Party Package 1, PLUS . . .

• The Works' Explainer will lead a hands-on activity for your party.

• In your private room, your guests will make and take home your choice of:
            GLOW DOUGH -- it's ooey-gooey, you make it yourself and it glows in the dark!
  or       KALEIDOSCOPES -- explore beautiful and fascinating reflecting patterns!

Cost:  $175.00 for up to 10 children and 4 adult guests.  Additional guests $9.00 each.   

Party Package 3   (2 hour party)

A very special educational package for techno-kids ages 8 to 12.  

• Includes the fun filled basics of Party Package 1, PLUS . . .

• The Works' inspiring Explainer will lead an hour long educational workshop for your guests.
            MOTOR POWER -- each child will learn about and create a motor powered fan!
  
  Cost:  $225.00 for up to 10 children and 4 adult guests.  Additional guests $11.00 each.
