Directions
The Works Museum is at 9740 Grand Avenue, Bloomington, MN 55420.
Located just off 35 W at 98th street, we are 3 miles southwest of the Mall of America/Minneapolis-Saint Paul Airport.
From the North, East, and West
• Go south on 35W.
• Take the 98th St. exit (98th St is 2.5 miles south of 494).
• Turn left at the top of the exit onto 98th St. and cross over the highway.
• Go to the fourth stop light (0.4 miles) and turn left onto Grand Ave. S.
• The museum entrance is on the west side of the building off of Garfield Avenue.
• You’ll see The Works Museum sign above our entry doors.
From the South
• Follow 35W north.
• Take the 98th St. exit.
• Turn right at the top of the exit ramp onto 98th St.
• Go to the third stop light (0.3 miles) and turn left onto Grand Ave. S.
• The museum entrance is on the west side of the building off of Garfield Avenue.
• You’ll see The Works Museum sign above our entry doors.

Parking
Parking in our lot is free. Park on the east side of the building for easiest access to the Museum. If you’re part of a group or field trip, please see more parking details below.
Group visits
Visiting with a group? Groups enter through the group entrance on the west side of the building. Bus parking is marked accordingly.
