2025 Marks 30 Years of The Works Museum

Dear Friends,

As I’m writing this, our museum is full of enthusiastic, curious, creative children. They’re exploring engineering concepts and building confidence in their ability to do STEM—all while having high-energy fun!

For 30 years, The Works Museum has inspired the next generation of innovators, engineers, and creative problem solvers through hands-on engineering experiences. From school field trips and camps to family visits and community outreach programs, this is what we do. Every single day.

But we also know that not every family or school has the resources to participate. That’s why our Gateway Access Program, provides discounted and free programs to ensure every child can experience engineering.

This year alone, more than 29,000 people received subsidized admissions, camp scholarships, memberships, workshops, field trips, and access to our family events. That’s nearly 1 in every 2 visitors who engineered with us this year!

Thank you—for your visits, your enthusiasm, and your continued support. I look forward continuing to engineer together.

With gratitude,

Jill Measells,

CEO, The Works Museum

Join Our 30th Birthday Celebration!

This Give to the Max Day, we’re celebrating our 30th birthday—and we’ve made a birthday wish list! Instead of gifts for us, we’re asking you to help us give back to the community.

Your gift will help to ensure that every child can visit with their family or school, attend camp, or experience workshops or family engineering programs in their school.

Early giving has already started! Make your Give to the Max Day gift anytime, now through November 20, to support The Works Museum and to help our birthday wishes come true.
