Our annual She Engineers event is a special day for families to join us at The Works Museum to celebrate the contributions of women in STEM. Guests will have the opportunity to meet amazing role models and participate in hands-on activities!

FAQ’s about She Engineers:

  • No. Please remain in attendance with your children. All children must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

  • Expect to spend one to two hours exploring She Engineers activities, and allow additional time for exploring the Experience Gallery.

  • You are welcome to leave and return any time during the event, just be sure to keep your Museum wristband.

  • Pre-registration is encouraged and saves money! Visitors may purchase event tickets at the door for $15. Members are free, but pre-registration is still encouraged.

  • We only accept event-specific certificates and free passes. Some event sponsors may qualify for a ticket discount. For more information, contact info@theworks.org.

  • Free parking is available in our lot.

  • She Engineers is ideal for kids ages 4 and up. However, we see a lot of younger siblings. Just be aware that you will find small parts and other activities inappropriate for kids under 4.
