Family Engineering Night at Central Park Elementary School
On November 13, 2025, Central Park Elementary in Roseville was full of energy for Family Engineering Night. Over 200 kids and their family members dove into hands-on, take-home STEM activities, building STEM skills for all who participated. These engineering projects included fling flyers that soared across the room, colorful kaleidoscopes, boats that stayed afloat (and a few that didn’t!) , and paper puppets with opposable limbs and joints.
The event, funded by the Roseville Area Community Foundation, also offered a complimentary meal, giving families a chance to connect, share ideas, and enjoy their evening.
It was a night that reminded us all: when families engineer together, amazing things happen!
